We are obliged to ensure that payment is received before items and sent out to the customer.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products we send you, please inform us with seven days. We will either exchange your items or give you a refund. If the fault lies with us then we will of course ensure that your goods are replaced or that you are refunded in full.
